All individuals who have accepted the organiser’s invitation to visit the exhibition, as well as those who registered online, agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them:
Registration is MANDATORY for all visitors.
• Entry to the exhibition on the first two days is open only to professional visitors. A professional visitor is a business owner, sole proprietor, official, manager, specialist, or other representative of a relevant foreign or domestic company, enterprise, government authority, association, or union who visits the exhibition for business or professional purposes.
• To confirm the visitor’s professional status, the Organiser has the right to request a supporting document: a personal business card, a letter of authorization or official letter from the company they represent, or any other document proving their professional status.
• A badge is required to enter the exhibition. The badge is issued at the registration desk located at the entrance to the exhibition venue. The badge is valid throughout the entire exhibition period.
• A badge can be obtained upon presentation of a ticket purchased at the ticket office and a completed registration form, or in exchange for an electronic badge. Possession of a ticket purchased at the ticket office does not exempt the visitor from completing the registration form.
• An electronic badge can be obtained after completing registration in the Organiser’s My.PE system and making an online payment. The badge must be printed in A4 format, folded as indicated, and presented at the entrance to the exhibition pavilion, bypassing the registration area.
• The exhibition organisers reserve the right to check documents confirming age and affiliation with a relevant educational institution. If the documents do not meet the established rules, the Organiser has the right to refuse entry to the exhibition.
• Transferring or selling visitor badges to third parties is prohibited. The Organiser has the right to verify that the name on the badge matches the visitor’s identity, and may request a document proving identity.
• Visitors are not allowed to engage in trade, distribute any promotional or informational materials, or conduct presentations, demonstrations, campaigning, or any similar activities on the exhibition grounds without the Organiser’s written consent.
• Visitors may not remain on the exhibition grounds in a condition or appearance inappropriate for the business nature of the event or contrary to generally accepted norms of behavior, nor may they engage in actions that disturb public order.
• The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to visitors who violate the established rules of conduct, display aggression, insult staff or security personnel, or are under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances.
• In case of violation of these Rules, the Organiser has the right to deny the violator access to the exhibition without any compensation.
• The Organiser has the right to require visitors to comply with epidemiological safety measures in effect during the exhibition dates, and may refuse entry to visitors who decline to follow them.
✅ Upon arrival at the IEC, familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan and the signs leading to the civil protection shelter.✅ Follow the announcements of the IEC alert system or notifications in the “Kyiv Digital” app.✅ If an air raid alert is announced, leave your current location. Take your documents, personal belongings, and visitor badge — it serves as your pass to re-enter the exhibition.✅ Follow the signs to the shelter. If needed, contact security or the Organisers for assistance.✅ During the alert, security ensures exit only toward the shelter. Entry into the pavilion is prohibited.✅ Returning to the exhibition hall is allowed only after the all-clear signal and an official announcement from the Organisers.
After the all-clear signal:• Exhibitors may return to their stands within 15 minutes upon presenting their badge.• Visitors may enter 20 minutes after the all-clear, also upon presenting their badge.
Attendance of the exhibition by students of specialized higher education institutions
We would like to remind you that the exhibition is exclusively a business event intended for business owners and industry representatives.It is not an educational or sightseeing event; therefore, attendance by students is allowed only as an exception.
Procedure for student admission
The Organisers allow a limited number of students to visit the exhibition as part of an accredited group from a relevant higher education institution, accompanied by instructors.
• Each institution may submit up to 15 students from different but relevant faculties.• The group must be accompanied by up to three instructors who are responsible for discipline and compliance with the exhibition rules.• Attendance by students is permitted only on the final day of the exhibition — 29 October 2026 after 13:00.
Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the exhibition!
For accreditation, a representative of the educational institution must send an administration-certified list of students and accompanying instructors to au.moc.ep%40oknehcnap.m
