1. The accreditation of journalists and other media workers is regulated by Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On Information” (as amended in 2011).
2. Accreditation of media representatives is mandatory for journalists to work at WorldFood Ukraine, regardless of their type and status.
3. By accrediting to the exhibition, the media representative undertakes to place in the publication from which he/she is accredited a publication (announcement) about the exhibition and/or events organized within its framework.
4. Journalists who are not full-time or freelance employees of the media may also be accredited upon request of the media outlet.
5. Advertising agencies, advertising departments of mass media do not receive accreditation for the exhibition. They can visit the exhibition on the general terms of purchasing tickets.
6. Media representatives who violate the accreditation procedure and the rules for visiting the exhibition https://worldfood.com.ua/visitors/rules, established by the organizer or security rules may be deprived of accreditation and the right to enter the exhibition center during the exhibition.
7. For accreditation, you must fill out an accreditation form in the Organizer's My.PE system, selecting the event WorldFood Ukraine Media Accreditation. After filling out the form, wait for confirmation. In case of successful accreditation, your visitor badge will be sent to your e-mail.
8. Media accreditation for the exhibition ends two days before the start of the event.
