From 21 to 23 April 2027, the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyiv will host WorldFood Ukraine, Ukraine’s largest food and drink exhibition. This spring, the event will take place alongside GastroDays and Agro2Food, bringing together three key sectors of the food market under one roof: food retail, the restaurant industry and food manufacturing.

WorldFood Ukraine, originally scheduled for 28–30 October 2026, has been rescheduled for spring 2027. The companies and brands that visitors had expected to meet in October are now preparing to showcase their products in April. They will be joined by new exhibitors, ensuring that the potential of the originally planned October exhibition is not only maintained but significantly expanded for the spring edition.

With all three exhibitions taking place simultaneously, visitors will be able to explore offerings from suppliers to the retail and HoReCa sectors, as well as companies providing professional kitchen and restaurant equipment and technologies for the food manufacturing industry — all in a single visit.

Business Programme: Retail Vision Forum and CHEF Days 3.0The Retail Vision Forum, dedicated to current challenges and developments in food retail, has also been rescheduled for April 2027 alongside WorldFood Ukraine. The programme will feature discussions with representatives of retail chains, manufacturers, suppliers and industry experts.

Meanwhile, CHEF Days 3.0 will return to GastroDays for its third edition, bringing together professional chefs, restaurateurs and members of the gastronomic community.
Safety and Uninterrupted Exhibition OperationsThe organisers place particular emphasis on the safety of exhibitors and visitors, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the exhibition.
The IEC is equipped with a designated shelter, backup power supplied by generators, Wi-Fi access, a medical station staffed by a qualified healthcare professional and a tactical first-aid kit.
These measures are designed to provide a safe and reliable environment for business activities and professional networking, even under challenging circumstances.

Tickets purchased for WorldFood Ukraine in October 2026 will remain valid for the new exhibition dates. Further information on the opening of registration for new visitors will be announced in due course.
