Procedure at the Exhibition During an Air Raid Alert

International Exhibition Centre,
Pavilion No. 1, Entrances 1A and 1C (Dnipro River side)

During Premier Expo exhibitions at the International Exhibition Centre, specific procedures apply in the event of an air raid alert.

The procedures provide for different courses of action depending on the designated air threat level — Yellow or Red.

  • Yellow Threat Level

    The exhibition remains open.
The Organiser ensures unrestricted access to the shelter and provides information about its location and evacuation routes.

Exhibitors and visitors decide independently whether to proceed to the shelter.

  • Red Threat Level

The exhibition is temporarily suspended for the duration of the relevant threat level.
Exhibitors and visitors must leave the exhibition area and proceed to the shelter via the designated routes.
Please follow the Organiser’s announcements and instructions.

Please follow the IEC public address system alerts and official announcements. We also recommend using the Kyiv Digital app.

How to Get to the Shelter?

1. Go to Entrance 1A or 1C.
2. Take the stairs downstairs.
3. Follow the “УКРИТТЯ / SHELTER” signs.
4. Follow the instructions from the Organiser and IEC security staff.

* In the shelter: drinking water, charging stations, and restrooms are available.

Need help finding the shelter? Ask a representative of the Organiser or IEC security staff.

After the Air Raid Alert Is Lifted

Return to the exhibition area only after the official “Air Raid Alert All Clear” signal and the Organiser’s announcement.

Exhibitors should return to their stands within 15 minutes after the all-clear signal. An Exhibitor badge must be presented for re-entry.

Visitors may re-enter the exhibition 20 minutes after the all-clear signal upon presentation of a Visitor badge.
