On the master class of Denis Sukhoviy you will see the European technology to produce the artisan bread, you will find out what a real sour bread is and what is the difference between sour and yeast. Moreover, during the two-day master class, you will see the full procedure of manufacturing the bread from kneading to baking. Denis will tell you about the nuances of kneading, will describe the fermentation process and will explain why such kind of bread is tastier and healthier than mass-produced one. Besides, he will tell you about the temperature settings of baking and will explain  how to make a crisp and crumb structure without additives and bakery improvers.

All this and a lot of other useful information from the founder of the Guild of Bakers of Ukraine and the current teacher of the Academy of culinary and confectionary art named after Hector Jimenez-Bravo - chief baker Denis Sukhoviy.
