Speaker: Irina Avrutskaya - founder and director of Like4Like consulting company, business consultant. Works in the restaurant business since 2006. Since 2014 Irina manages her own consultancy company Like4Like, and also runs projects which helps foreign restaurant companies to enter the Russian market and other post USSR countries markets. Like4Like also helps with development of business strategy for the franchising restaurant chains. Irina also writes a column about marketing in the "Restaurant Vedomosti" magazine and teaches in RMA restaurant management school. She is also an author of the book "The Battle for the guest: strategy and tactics in restaurant marketing"
